Residents pay for hot and cold water, electricity, water, sewer, trash, exterminating, cable and internet.
Our apartments for rent in Oviedo, FL are pet-friendly! Residents are limited to two (2) pets per apartment with an 80-lb. combined maximum weight capacity. The pet fees are a one-time $350 per pet non-refundable, plus $25 pet rent per month for each pet. $50 per dog – one-time fee to be enrolled in the Pet Waste DNA Program with Poo Prints. With approved credit, the security deposit is equal to one full month of rent and is fully refundable assuming no account balance and/or damages upon move-out. Approved applicants have the option to pay a one-time non-refundable surety bond of $350 in lieu of one months’ rent. For conditionally approved applicants, the refundable security deposit is equal to one full month of rent. Corporate Applicants pay a security deposit equal to one full month of rent and is fully refundable assuming no account balance and/or damages upon move-out same as with approved credit.
