• Maximum of 2 (two) pets per apartment
• 80lbs maximum combined weight limit allowed per apartment
• Weight limit is determined by breed/weight at full maturity
• Pets allowed: Dogs, cats, birds (caged indoors) and fish.
• Breed restriction (including but not limited to):
  Chow, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Mastiff, Doberman, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Husky, Dogo Argentino, Wolf Hybrid and “any mix thereof”
